What is the coming soon waitlist?
It is a request to hear when a Tampa Bay home is ready to show. It is not a live listing and it is not an offer.
Does joining put me under contract?
No. You share contact details so Jonathan can follow up. You are not obligated to tour or buy.
Who follows up on the waitlist?
Jonathan Loescher, a Tampa Bay Realtor and Loan Originator. He will email or call when the home can be shown.
Can one advisor handle the home and the loan?
Yes. Jonathan coordinates the listing or home search with loan origination through PMF, Inc. (NMLS 1980) so buyers and sellers work with one Realtor and Loan Originator.
Does Jonathan Loescher originate VA loans in Tampa Bay?
Yes. I originate VA loans through PMF, Inc. for eligible veterans, active-duty service members, and surviving spouses. Many files can close with zero down and no monthly PMI. Can one person do the home and the loan?
