John is a fantastic realtor. He went above and beyond helping me find my little slice of heaven on earth. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects in the home buying process. He was literally a phone call away at moments of panic with a calm reassurance and understanding on the other end. He shared with me about Down Payment Assistance Programs and worked hand in hand with my lender Chris Brown of Supreme Lending (also fantastic in his work). They bought fought for me to get this Assistance of 85K! From experience most in this profession do NOT want to tell you about these programs because it is more work and does take longer to close! He was always ready to show me places that went on the market. I drug him all over Pinellas County in my search! God used him in a big way in this process in being a single parent on the pursuit of becoming a homeowner! John is down to earth, knowledgeable, and is truthful and works hard on your behalf!!

The most responsive agent ever. We were originally working with another agent at a fancy agency in downtown St. Petersburg trying to get a property in a specific property. They promised all kinds of great targeting to find us our perfect property, but didn't hear anything after that. We met Jonathan at an open house and he followed up with us multiple times after learning what we were looking for. Once we found a property that we wanted to make an offer on, we used Jonathan. He walked us through the whole process and really gave us an education on the buying process. Then when we received an accepted offer he was there to make sure everything was happening as it should - from inspection, to repairs, to the closing. A True Gem Jonathan Loescher is an AMAZING realtor and overall, a kind-hearted person. My brother suffered several strokes and needed to sell his house quickly. Since this was my first time selling a house, Jonathan literally took me by the hand each step of the way and explained everything so that I could understand. He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns, addressing each one with compassion for our situation. This as well as his communication with us removed the overwhelming stress that we were feeling. His knowledge, guidance, and reassurance gave us the confidence to make smart decisions throughout the process. The market where my brother's home was located was overly saturated. Jonathan's creativity and tenacity had this home sold quickly. His extensive marketing package in his arsenal made the house sparkle with video, pictures, and staged pictures.
