Current listings and prices
Three Palms Point on St. Pete Beach currently has updating active listings. The median list price is updating and the average is updating. Median price per square foot is updating. Median living area is about updating square feet. Homes stay on the market about updating days (median), with an average of updating days.
The median can sit above the average when waterfront single-family houses on 64th Avenue and the Palm Point streets are expensive, while condo units in the nearby towers price lower and pull the average down. It is still this pocket, not the whole of St. Pete Beach.
What this pocket is
Three Palms Point is a waterfront pocket on the Boca Ciega Bay side of St. Pete Beach, around 64th Avenue. You can walk to the Gulf in a few blocks. The name covers two related products that share a street: single-family houses on the point, and the Three Palms Pointe condo towers with a pool, docks, and a gate. People mix up the spelling. If you care about a yard and a private dock, you are shopping the houses. If you want a unit with amenities, you are shopping the towers.
Who it fits
The houses fit buyers who want a St. Pete Beach address, a pool, and a boat lift, and who can live with flood insurance as a line item. The condos fit people who want the same geography with less exterior work. Either way you are close to the beach, Corey Avenue, and the water, without buying a Gulf-front hotel-condo. It is not the right pocket if you want a quiet inland lot or a 55+ campus.
Housing mix
Single-family homes here are mostly 1960s and 1970s ranches, many of them remodeled, with pools and docks on the bay. A few have circular drives and extra parking for a trailer. The condo towers are a different inventory: one- and two-bedroom units (some threes) with balconies, a shared pool, and association living. Live stats blend both because the MLS names are close. When we search, we will split them so you are not comparing a $300,000 unit to a $1.6 million house by accident.
What buyers should know
Flood is Zone AE on the listings I pulled. Budget flood insurance if you are financing, and get a quote on the specific house or unit. Seawalls, boat lifts, and elevation all matter on the single-family side. On the condo side, the master policy, reserves, and rental rules matter just as much as the view.
Many of the houses show no mandatory HOA. The condo towers do have an association, and dues cover the usual list: building, pool, amenities, sometimes cable. Confirm which product you are buying. This is not a 55+ community, even if a given listing tags it that way. St. Pete Beach has its own short-term rental rules. If you plan to rent, read the city rules and the association documents, not a listing remark.
This page is only this pocket. The live St. Pete Beach guide is the city-level view, with a much wider mix of condos and houses along the Gulf.
Frequently asked questions
Is Three Palms Point the same as St. Pete Beach?
No. St. Pete Beach is the city. Three Palms Point is a small waterfront pocket inside it, plus the condo towers that share the name. Use this page for the pocket and the St. Pete Beach guide for the city.
Are the condos and the houses one HOA?
No. Treat them as separate products. Houses often have no HOA. The towers have a condominium association.
Why is the median high?
Because the current residential set is often heavy on waterfront houses. Condo units in the same name family price lower. The live median is in the listings section above. We will filter by property type when you are ready to look.
Can I finance a house or a condo here?
Houses are a standard residential loan with flood in the mix. Condos need a project that the investor will take. I can originate either. Apply for a loan and we will run the real payment, including insurance.
How do listing tours work?
Browse current listings and we schedule from the listing. Tours do not route through the consultation calendar.
