Live inventory here is condominiums. Some units sit on the water, and some sit inland of the marina. A water word in the building name does not make every unit dock-ready. Read the listing for waterfront versus a water view, and for a deeded carport or assigned parking.

Who it fits

It fits someone who wants a 55+ condo with a pool, a clubhouse, and a walk toward downtown Gulfport.
