It is a request to hear when a Tampa Bay home is ready to show. It is not a live listing and it is not an offer.
Does joining put me under contract?
No. You share contact details so Jonathan can follow up. You are not obligated to tour or buy.
Who follows up on the waitlist?
Jonathan Loescher, a Tampa Bay Realtor and Loan Originator. He will email or call when the home can be shown.
Is there down payment assistance in Tampa Bay?
Some buyers qualify for down payment help. We check income, the house, and the first mortgage at consult. Homes for Heroes and the Buyer Credit are separate benefits, so we pick the one that actually helps your file.
What does the program savings comparison show?
It estimates cash to close or net proceeds under a typical split team, a portal-style path, and working with Jonathan as Realtor and Loan Originator. Figures are educational estimates, not a loan quote.
Can I use another agent or another lender?
Yes. You can use another agent or another lender. Realty of America and PMF, Inc. are separate companies. Using Jonathan on one side does not require using him on the other.
